The primary email service provider has restored operations. We will continue using the alternate email service provider for the near term however.

Monitoring

We have completed migration to an alternate email service provider for the EU region, and are monitoring email delivery. The migration should be transparent, but for email systems that are restricted by IP address, note that emails will now be coming from IP address 159.183.228.61, via SendGrid.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing a technical issue with our EU mail provider, which is affecting the delivery of scheduled or automated emails. Our team is actively investigating and working closely with the provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
