Service Outage
Service has been restored. Microsoft Azure engineers identified a network routing issue and updated their BGP configuration to resolve.
Services are coming back online. We are continuing to monitor the situation and determine if any services are still affected.
We are continuing to monitor status updates from Microsoft. The North Central US data center in which Brightmetrics services are located is experiencing a significant Network Infrastructure Event. Engineers are actively investigating.
Microsoft's Azure data center is experiencing a major service outage, which affects Brightmetrics service delivery. At present, all Brightmetrics services are unavailable. We are monitoring updates from Microsoft and will restore service availability as soon as possible.
